Staff Recruitment for Summer 2008
Are you interested in a unique job on Britain's largest riverboat Hotels? We are now recruiting for our 2008 season and have vacancies for Stewards, Stewardesses and Supervisors. This year our season has been extended and will be starting in April and continuing on into October. We cruise almost every day and you will work with a variety of different people and customers.
We offer a unique working environment. You will be provided with accomodation and meals to live on board whilst you are working, and will also accumulate holiday pay.
We train all of our staff before the season begins although experience in hospitality work such as working in a bar or restaurant is required. You will be working hard but it is rewarding work and a fun working environment.

Postions Available
Position : Steward/ess
Start Date : 14/04/08
Pay : from £210 - £260 per week depending on age and experience
You will be responsible for ensuring that passengers have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday by keeping accommodation clean and serving food and drink to a high standard. You will be cleaning cabins daily and helping with food preparation and service. You will also be doing some bar work, be on hand to help passengers as necessary and take a role in drills and take training to help in the event of an emergency on board. You should have a general pride in the workplace and staff, and be willing to partake in ensuring personal and passenger safety. As with all of our positions this is a varied role and although it can be hard work it is also great fun due to the people you will be working with and the destinations you will visit on the sailing schedule. Position : Supervisor / Senior Steward

Pay : From £280 depending on experience
You will have all the duties of the stewards role as listed above and additionally take a supervisory role over all hospitality staff to ensure everything is being done correctly and on time. you will have an active role in stock management and ordering. Position : First Mate / Deck Hand
Start Date : 14/04/08
Pay : From £210-£300pw depending on age and experience
You will help the stewards and stewardesses with some of their work but will also be helping the Captain and Engineer maintain the vessel. All the decks and bulkheads have to be kept clean and safe for our passengers. You will be helping to moor up the boat and will be trained in basic rope work. You will be responsible for some of the basic maintenance and engineering on the boat as well as customer service and bar work.
